Job Profile
MAM International seeks qualified candidates for the position of electrical engineer.The position would be in the electrical department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1- TO promote electrical department’s Brand solutions.
2- Support and provide guidance and supervision to the electrical department’s showroom personnel,resulting in achievement of operational excellence.
3- To prepare technical and commercial offers.
4- Provides customer service including anticipating customer needs and offering solutions in conjunction with the department’s team.
5- Troubleshoots and solves technical issues insuring best customer support .
Qualifications & Experience:
1- B.Sc in Electrical engineering.
2- One to three years experience in a sales position would be preferable.
3- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
4- Customer service mindset
5- Strong teamwork problem solving and time management skills.
6- Fluent communication both oral and written in Arabic & English languages.
