Position : Sales Person
Division: ICT Division
Vendor Specializations: ICT Products, CCTV and Security Products
Responsible to: ICT Division Manager
Location: Sana'a
Accountability Objective : Sales and project management of ICT and Security projects,
Principal Accountabilities:
• Sales Support
-- Understanding the customer’s needs and requirements.
-- Understanding the customer’s needs and requirements.
-- Ensure our proposal is most cost-effective, innovative and complete.
-- Demo and Proof of concept and Commercial Proposal for smaller projects
• Plan & Report
-- Prepare & update a Weekly plan and report to Manager.
• Quality Working
-- Maintain update of filing system of both hard copies & soft copies.
-- Maintain update of filing system of both hard copies & soft copies.
• Inventory Management.
-- Responsible for receiving and distributing material on proper authorization from Manager.
-- Responsible for receiving and distributing material on proper authorization from Manager.
-- Maintaining a record of current inventory and reporting to Manager on a weekly basis
• Contribute as a team member to the longer-term team initiatives
Analysis & Judgment
• Prioritize work to meet customer requirements
• Analysis of project delivery and formulation of corrective action
Qualifications & Experience
• Sound Knowledge of computer, CCTV and Security equipment's.
• Demonstrated planning, scheduling, organizing and delivery skills
• Analysis, troubleshooting and decision making skills
• Experience in sales for at least 2 years
Key Authorities & Delegations
• Lead Technicians and Helpers to complete work as per schedule
• Provide Service to Customers
