Ended Request for Proposal: Livelihoods Support to Vulnerable, Crisis-Affected Families in Al-Jawf

Request for Proposal

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Organizations for the LIVELIHOODS SUPPORT TO VULNERABLE, CRISIS-AFFECTED FAMILIES IN AL JAWF for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) now invites the Service Providers/Consulting Organizations to provide Technical and Financial Proposal who specialized in LIVELIHOODS AND CASH FOR WORK ACTIVITIES IN AL JAWF.  More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The RFP has been addressed to only specialized service providers in assessment under transition and recovery programme.

The consulting organization will be selected under a Quality - Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

Section I. Letter of Invitation

Section II. Instructions to Organizations 

Section III. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms

Section IV. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms

Section V. Terms of Reference

Section VI. Standard Form of Contract

The Proposals should be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after submission.

The Proposals must be emailed with the subject line TRANSITION AND RECOVERY PROGRAMME ref# PR# SAN-TRP-2019-10831 
not later than Thursday 23 January, 2020.

No late proposal shall be accepted.

The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Organization  s.
